Is freezing of genital warts is a good idea ?

May be there is any decent treatment avaliable on the web...

u cnt do iturself .. doctor is the only option .. iv seen it b4 .. they freeze it with a funney then chop it off by putting fishing wire around it an pulling =]

l have no idea, but that idea sounds painful. If it is what must be done, have a professional doctor do it.

Well my Dad got it done and his wo not stop bleeding. They are on the bottom of his foot. But l think they will be fine in the end.

l had it done 4 years ago and they havent come back.
it was a bit uncomfortable at the time. the first 1 hurt a bit. depends on how you deal with pain.

the cream they gave me 1st didnt work that well and was really itchy. its quicker to get them frozen.

l do not think freezing genital warts is a good idea at all, you should go to your doctor they will help you with that!

I'd visit your Doctor first, he could then prescribe you something and at least then you know it will be safe. They might not even be genital warts.

Yeah freezing is good sometimes, l did it myself but genital warts came back after some time.

the thing is that freezing just removes genital warts, not the HPV virus which causes them.

So yeah u can freeze but it wont solve the problem complitely & freezing is kinda expensive along with visiting doctor(as it was for me)
