The swab should be inserted into vagina and tilted. But I am scared, I've never inserted anything into my vagina yet, and l do not wanna break the hymen also. Is it save to do it?

its just a swab, its not going to break your hymen.
you're a virgin until you have intercourse, not until your hymen breaks.

If u r going to Doctor he or she will use extreme caution. Please feel free to let the doctor know u r scared of breaking ur hymen. Although this cannot always be prevented they will try to abide.Knowing that u r a virgin & nothing has ever been inside ur vagina he or she will use a smaller speculum to open ur vagina.
The Hymen much like ur Vagina has elasticity. The hymen is simply a blood filled membrane. Most women who r virgins can still use tampons without tearing the hymen.

Keep in mind many virgins may or may not even have a hymen remaining.

A home kit should be no problem.
