l just turned 18, I am so scared! l most likely have herpes l recently had gross, two, huge sores on my lip and I am pretty sure l have it...
but l always share drinks before l had the idea l have it!
did l spread it...PLEASE HELP ME,I'M SO SCARED.....

Calm down.

It is only a cold sore.

Most people already have the herpes simplex virus in their system. It does not mean anything. It just causes cold sores, that is it.

You can spread it by drinking out of the same glass or bottle as someone else. If anyone had their mouth on it after you they may get a cold sore. Do not get too freaked over it. Almost everyone gets them anyway.

Two Questions;
1-Where would you have gotten Herpes from?
2-Why the hell have not you seen a doctor?

It is not the type of herpes that you get sexually. It is normal and very common to get it. Most people get it and you just have to avoid kissing anyone till it is gone. It is just a cold sore and there is no reason for you to worry.

well do people a favor and do not share drinks. its probably really unlikely that you spread it before you ever had an outbreak b/c you might not have had it then.
