Two days ago l was fooling around with my partner, there was no actual penetration but there was a lot of genital contact. Today i've noticed black spots around my vagina, about 3-4 spots the size of a small mole. They are not lumps, just spots.

l think l noticed a spot about a month ago, and it went away within a few days. l think is the same thing, but there is more this time.

What could it be?
haha yes l have washed!! it is not dirt!

Scrub a little harder when you're washing it.

l highly doubt that whatever condition may be plaguing u resulted from ur fooling around two days ago. :)

However, l really do not recognize ur ''spots'' as a traditional symptom of any STD l can think of. If they do not hurt, especially, l am not sure if u have anything to worry about.

Your OB/GYN or doctor is probably the best bet u have with determining the cause of ur spots, but consider the following as well.

Folliculitis is an inflammation of the hair follicles, & is often seen in the genital regions. This is generally not serious, but if u shave ''down there'' or experience irritation from heat or clothing this can cause bumps & places where the hair is essentially ingrown under the skin. If u have dark hair, this may cause the bumps to appear dark..a long shot, but possible.

Another thing to consider.do u go to the tanning bed? We can get painless freckles & pigmentation changes everywhere, even in the places where the ''sun usually do not shine''. Exposure to UV light, no matter what ur skin tone, can result in freckling. Also, certain medications, including birth control pills, can make the skin more sensitive to the effects of ultraviolet radiation, & so may cause additional pigmentation fluctuations. It would not be weird to have discolored spots, essentially freckles, if u tan or lay out. Also, pigmentation is not always directly related to the sun or its substitutes -- changes in skin coloration can occur from hormonal imbalances & other naturally occuring chemical changes in ur body.

Have a doc check u out if u really think something is amiss. l hope you're ok! ( l think u probably are!) Good luck!
