l know whatabstinence is but how do you practice it
i heard a teacher saying the best way to avoid STDS is buy practicing abstinence

dont have sex! hehe

Abstinence means not having sex. That’s the only way to not get an STD.

by respecting the person u r with & not treating them like an object just to satisfy ur own personal needs.

there r others things u can do such as going to the park, go on a picnic, take up a hobby together, renting a movie, see a play, etc.

If they r sick, make them soup, run errands, buy flowers, show that u really do care about them as a person & not just use them for their body.

it works for many married couples b/c abstinence does make the heart grow fonder.

That is common sense..if u do not fool around, u wo not catch an STD, HPV, or AIDS. There is more to life than sex.

use your hand for relief.

practicing abstinence means not having sex! you can still date, and do couply things, just dont do the deed...

Just do not have any kind of sex until you find a partner that you get to know and love. That is basically what abstinence is all about. It is kind of the same thing as not losing your virginity.
