l have these little white spots on my knob (penis) mainly around the edge. the thing is, l have not ever had intercourse before so it isnt a STD. can anyone help??

Well, if u r uncircumcised it could be an accumulation of skin & such, called smegma, that has accumulated in spots. It could also be what u r seeing r a natural part of the corona (or head) of the penis, called ''pearly pink papules''. If u r circumcised, then it is also possible that what u see r blocked sweat glands, & very similar to whiteheads anywhere else on the body. Honestly, without actually seeing them it is really hard to say exactly. None of the three things l mentioned is abnormal, or serious really. l would suggest u simply ask a doctor to have a quick look & advise you. If it is smegma, retracting the foreskin & giving things a good scrub will help. The same will help if it is actually blocked pores. Pearly pink papules r just part of the whole set up, more obvious in some fellows than others, & so need no treatment at all because they r normal.
