about a month ago l got bug bite(i think)on my butt. l scratched it and it turned into a scab. Now l have about 15 to 20 bites that l scratched into scabs.there was no blisters visible. Do you think it could be a heat rash or herpes?????

No, not likely herpes.
However, this may be signs of a staph infection. This may also be a sign of ''Folliculitis.''
You might want to see your healthcare provider about this just to be sure.

l think it is good to get it checked out since it could also be impetigo which is a bacterial infection people get from scratching a rash.
