How do you think resistant bacteria could affect the treatment of S.T.D's??

Well how do antibiotic resistant bacteria affect treatment in general?

Antibiotic resistance makes them a royal bee-yatch to treat!

So if u have drug-resistant STDs, they're going to be harder to treat too. And if they spread, that can be a very, very bad thing.

The problem is already here. Fluoroquinolone-resistant gonorrhea is becoming prevalent in Asia, & travelers who go on sex tours & prostitute holidays pick up these infections & bring them back to Australia, the UK, Canada & the States. When our doctors try to treat these gonorrhea cases by our standard methods, we get no results. You have to bombard the patient with heavy-duty antibiotics instead! And in the meantime, u have to hope he has not gone & spread it to his wife or girlfriend.

So the lesson here is: 1. Stop sexually exploiting Asia is poor people. 2. Always use a rubber if u do. 3. And if u don't, do not go spreading ur drug-resistant infection around, u jerk!
